If needed, all faculty except Pharmacy should go into Canvas and extend the course end date, otherwise the course will automatically close and will not be available to students after the end of the term. "IR" grades (Incomplete Research) will be entered by the Registrar's Office for applicable courses (theses, dissertations, research projects).Incomplete grades will be entered by the Registrar's Office upon receipt of an Incomplete Grade Contract.Submit an Incomplete Grade Contract Form, available on the Registrar's Office Forms Webpage.Leave the grade assignment in Hornet Hub (Student Planning) blank.If take-home exams are assigned, they may not be due before the exam date assigned by the Registrar's Office.
